My most memorable aspect of my mortgage company (local member) was that everytime I asked for a deal on any item from purchasing points to different fees my questions were answered honestly and professionally.  I was able to lock into a great rate and when it came down to the final numbers I couldn't belive how much I was actually saving by refinancing.  Great work by my loan officer.     - Eltayeb K
